Tupolev Tu-204: Price, Specs, Performance, & Cockpit. The Tupolev Tu-204 is a mid-haul twin-engined, twin-engined commercial aircraft designed and manufactured by the Tupolev Design Bureau, Russia. It was built to replace its predecessor, the Tu-154 trijet. Tu-204 can be used for traveler and cargo transportation.
